ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGE RESERVATION DEPOSITS + CANCELLATIONS

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival and will be processed automatically on your credit card unless alternate arrangements have been made in advance. 

A 100% deposit is required for reservations within 60 days of arrival. 

If cancellation is received within the periods stated below, cancellation fees apply as follows:

• 61 days+ of arrival: $200.00 per person administration fee for any cancellations received after initial deposits have been processed.

• 60 - 0 days of arrival: 100% non-refundable.

BED & BREAKFAST RESERVATION DEPOSITS + CANCELLATIONS

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival and will be processed automatically on your credit card unless alternate arrangements have been made in advance.

A 100% deposit is required for reservations booked within 60 days of arrival. 

If cancellation is received within the periods stated below, cancellation fees apply as follows:

• 61 days+ of arrival: fully refundable without penalty.

• 60 – 14 days of arrival: a fee of 25% of the total cost will be charged.

• 14 -0 days of arrival: non-refundable.

Pet Policy

While we love animals, we are unable to accommodate pets of any kind at our properties. Thank you for your understanding.

RATES + INCLUSIONS

All package prices are per person based on double occupancy unless otherwise noted. Rates are subject to change without notice and do not include transportation via ferry or air to Haida Gwaii.

Rates are in Canadian dollars and do not include 5% GST and 8% PST. Optional activities are at an additional cost. Alcohol and gratuities are additional costs.

Guest Waivers

When participating in special activities or excursions, guests must sign an industry-standard adventure operators waiver upon arrival at the Lodge.

ITINERARY CHANGES

The package itineraries and tours presented in the brochure or on the website are subject to modification and change by Haida Tourism. Every reasonable effort will be made to operate trips as outlined, but alterations may still occur after final itineraries are published due to unforeseen circumstances.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Due to our short operating season, cancellation policies, and limited availability, we strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance.

Covid-19 Travel Disruption Exception

If circumstances directly related to Covid-19 disrupt your ability to travel to Haida Gwaii as planned, such as:

• A positive test within your travelling party

• A stay-home order issued by a local authority

• Border closure

• Or a Haida Gwaii non-essential travel ban

We will gladly amend your booking and hold any funds paid in credit upon verification of the circumstance. Should no suitable alternative stay be possible, we will issue a full refund.
